Marjorie and Dorothy were guest panelists and Victoria Robles was the Mistress of Ceremonies at the 10th Annual Restore the Joy Domestic Violence Empowerment Luncheon “Living Free Jubilee” in remembrance of victims and celebration of survivors at the Radisson Hotel in Rockville. In Partnership with the City of Rockville, Women Who Care Ministries, City of Montgomery County and Frederick County , the Victims’ Rights Foundation, People’s Community Baptist, and Sister2Sister Network.
