Ashley Alexandrino is an Associate Attorney at Fait & DiLima Family Law, where she represents clients in sophisticated family law matters, including divorce, custody, and financial support. Prior to entering the legal profession, Ashley spent more than a decade in business development, strategic partnerships, and high-level negotiations, experience she now leverages to navigate the legal, financial, and personal complexities of family law disputes.

Her background spans both domestic and international contexts, providing her with a globally informed perspective and particular insight into multi-jurisdictional issues, international custody considerations, and the division of complex or high-value assets. She approaches each matter with precision and practical judgment, helping clients move through emotionally charged situations while maintaining focus on long-term outcomes. Her undergraduate training in psychology further enhances her ability to understand interpersonal dynamics and guide clients through challenging transitions.

Ashley earned her J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law, where she served as Lead Articles Editor of the German Law Journal. She holds a Master’s degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Business from The Pennsylvania State University.
