BIO
Erin E. Schaden is the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Attorney at the Rockville based at Fait & DiLima. She has twenty-eight years’ experience as a family law practitioner and law firm administrator.
While being an excellent litigator, Erin has a strong focus on dispute resolution and mediation, with skills in legal writing, research, and trial practice. With both a Juris Doctorate and bachelor’s degree in psychology, Erin brings a unique perspective and approach to her work. Erin’s professional skills include mediation, legal assistance, dispute resolution, legal writing, trials, public speaking, case management, legal advice, coaching and trial practice. Erin also has experience in managing and leading teams as an Executive Director and company owner. With a strong background in law and psychology, she has a unique set of skills that mesh well to equip her in handling complex legal cases while providing valuable insights to clients.
Erin currently works assisting clients in all phases and aspects of family law from divorce planning and strategy, coaching, mediation and litigation. She is well versed in the difficult family law arenas of custody and parenting communication issues and strategic planning for a post-divorce landscape.
Erin has been a committed and energetic presence throughout her career, she remains so today by seeking balance for herself as well as others as they navigate through the difficulties of relationships in flux.
