Renée joined Fait & DiLima after running her own successful family law firm for 15 years. She graduated magna cum laude from Boston College Law School, and has been practicing law for 30 years, including twelve years at Am Law 50 firms as an intellectual property litigator.

Renée, recognized as a Maryland “Super Lawyer” offers an experienced and nuanced approach to complex custody and financial issues in Maryland and District of Columbia family law cases. Although well-versed in all areas of family law, Renée specializes in trying high conflict custody cases involving families with mental illness, neurodiverse children/parents, domestic violence, gender affirming treatment and other divisive issues such as relocation and access refusal cases.
